1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of the ŠČYRA.AI website, Indiegogo campaign, and the ŠČYRA.AI product. By backing our campaign or using our product, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Product

ŠČYRA.AI is an edge AI system for dental clinics consisting of hardware (NVIDIA Jetson device) and software (AI receptionist, surgical assistant, analytics dashboard). The product is delivered as a physical device with pre-installed software and a subscription to updates and support.

3. Indiegogo Campaign

ŠČYRA.AI is offered through Indiegogo's crowdfunding platform.
Backing a campaign is not a purchase — it is support for a product in development.
Estimated delivery dates are projections, not guarantees.
We commit to transparent communication about any delays or changes.
Reward tiers and pricing are as described on the campaign page at the time of backing.

4. Pricing & Rewards

Early Bird (€499) — Device + 1 year software subscription
Clinic Pack (€999) — Device + 2 years subscription + priority support
Franchise Ready (€4,999) — Full setup + franchise territory rights

After the campaign, standard pricing applies. Subscription renewals are annual.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery: Q4 2026 for Early Bird and Clinic Pack tiers. Franchise Ready includes a pre-launch consultation within 30 days of campaign close. Shipping is included for EU countries. Non-EU shipping may incur additional fees.

6. Refunds

Indiegogo refunds follow Indiegogo's refund policy (14-day window after campaign ends).
After device delivery: 30-day return window for defective hardware.
Software subscriptions are non-refundable after activation.

7. Warranty

ŠČYRA.AI hardware comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.

8. Software & Updates

Software updates are included with an active subscription.
The device continues to function offline without a subscription, but updates and cloud sync require an active plan.
We reserve the right to modify features with reasonable notice.

9. Data & Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for full details. In summary: all patient data stays on your local device. We do not access, collect, or sell patient data.

10. Franchise Terms

Franchise Ready backers receive exclusive territory rights subject to a separate Franchise Agreement to be executed within 60 days of campaign close. Territory exclusivity is guaranteed for 3 years with performance requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

ŠČYRA.AI is a clinical support tool, not a medical device. It does not replace professional medical judgment. LABS67 is not liable for clinical decisions made with or without the assistance of the system.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to backers and users via email.
