ŠČYRA.AI is a product of LABS67. We build edge AI systems for dental clinics. This policy explains how we handle data in our product and on this website.

2. Edge-First Architecture

ŠČYRA.AI is designed with privacy as a core principle. The AI device runs locally in your clinic. Patient data — including images, voice recordings, and medical records — is processed on-device and never transmitted to external servers unless you explicitly enable cloud sync.

3. What Data We Collect

On this website:

Basic analytics (page views, referral source) — no personal data
Information you voluntarily provide (email for campaign updates)

In the ŠČYRA.AI product:

All patient data stays on your local device
Sensitive records (PESEL, passport, photos) are stored in encrypted local storage only
Optional cloud sync sends only anonymized analytics (appointment counts, usage statistics)
Voice recordings are processed in real-time and not stored unless configured by the clinic

4. How We Use Data

To provide and improve the ŠČYRA.AI service
To send campaign updates (only if you opted in)
To generate anonymized usage statistics for product improvement

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties. Period. The only exceptions:

Legal requirements (court order, regulatory obligation)
Service providers who process data on our behalf under strict contracts (e.g., payment processing for Indiegogo)
