Never. ŠČYRA processes everything on the local Jetson device. No cloud processing, no third-party APIs, no data transfer. Full GDPR and HIPAA compliance is architectural, not configured.
What hardware is included?
NVIDIA Jetson Thor (Blackwell, 128GB), 2TB NVMe SSD, 48TB NAS (4x16TB RAID5), camera integration kit, and pre-installed ŠČYRA software with all 7 agents. Setup takes 15 minutes.
Can it integrate with existing practice management software?
Yes. ŠČYRA exposes a REST API and supports webhooks. We provide integration guides for major dental PMS platforms. Custom integrations available on request.
How accurate is the diagnostic AI?
94%+ accuracy on caries detection, 91%+ on periapical pathology — validated on clinical datasets. The AI provides recommendations; the doctor always makes the final decision.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Nothing changes. ŠČYRA runs entirely on-premise. AI inference, scheduling, patient management, face recognition — all work without internet. Only external messaging (Telegram, WhatsApp) requires connectivity.
What languages are supported?

How does it work for a concept network?
